Add additional details to the shipping labels for UPS

See the attached labels. The image on the left is from UPS worldship and the one on the right is the same shipment from ShipCenter. ShipCenter should print more price details (it has them as you can see if you go to the shipping details in ShipCenter, it just doesn't print them on the label).
