It would be great if there were an option in SmartPrinting to select the company/database that the SmartPrinting should run in. Similar to how you select the Sales Person, System User, Warehouse, etc.
Many time Smart Printing is enabled to send emails to customers. However if the users are in the test company (often a mirror/copy of live) they would want to use their workflow but not send emails to their customers! If the setup included a company field we could set it to only be for their live database and wouldn't have to update workflow or Smart Printing just because they're in the test company. We could continue to refresh their test company from live whenever they need and not worry about testing documents going to real customers.
