Add support ticket URL to email template

When an agent responds to a support ticket, add the URL to the email response template.

This'll make it a wee bit easier for the originator to respond to support staff.


Probably no need to add the URL for the initial "you're ticket number is" msg since there's nothing to respond to at that point, but add it to the the follow up msg template.

    Thanks for the suggestion Brad.  I forwarded this over to Nathan and he'll take a look at the best way to implement.
