It would be nice to be able to export the contact names and email addresses to be able to do a mass email blast.
The best/easiest way to make this data available would be to create a Quick Report which would give you the data in a table type format allowing for easier exporting. This will also allow you to potentially filter the data within the quick report and while creating the quick report.
Thank you for the response. How can I learn how to create a quick report? What special programming skills, if any, or required?
Quick reports are written in SQL, but recently we added a quick report editor which allows for easier quick report building which really writes the SQL for the user. That functionality was released late last year I believe, so you would have to be on a late 4.5 or any 4.6 version. We have quite a bit of documentation on quick reports on our website and I've linked a few:
If you are unfamiliar with SQL or looking through the documentation seems overwhelming, you could check with your technical resources, your GP Partner, or your SalesPad rep and they can help figure out what you need.
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
