Case Tracker Email

Currently, when a SalesPad user gets assigned a case in Case Tracker, the system does not email the end user. Without going into the Case Tracker daily or manually emailing a printed form (which also does not support email templates this), there is not a good way to track this when creating a new case. Such functionality exists in SalesPad Desktop for the CRM Task assigning.

    Super good feature - makes communication of cases across multiple departments MUCH EASIER.
