PO Required Date Error Waits for Tab

If the required date of a PO is set before the application date, and error occurs saying "You cannot set the required date before the application date."

Currently, this error appears while typing a date instead of waiting for the user to tab to the next field. For example:

Application date: 9/20/2024

Required date: 12/1/2024

If I try to modify the required date to 1/1/2025, changing the month from 12 to 1 will trigger an error because I haven't changed the year yet. To avoid the error, I have to change the year first.
